Atsushi Kusamoto

Hideko Takee
President of IFC
Atsushi Kusamoto co-established IFC with Hideko Takee in 1997. He opened a representative office for a European bank, acting as general manager for one and a half years. He has a vast professional network and strong relationships with influential parties in many sectors, including financial and economic journalists at major Japanese outlets, legislators, policymakers, regulators, political advisors, senior management at leading Japanese enterprises, institutional investors, and academic intellectuals in Japan. Until he established IFC, Mr. Kusamoto worked as an account director at Japan’s largest PR consulting firm where he was head of the Financial client section and led the new business development team. He began his career as a journalist for a leading Japanese economic newspaper.
Hideko Takee co-established IFC with Atsushi Kusamoto in 1997 and has been president since the company's inception. She initiated and has maintained broad professional networks in government, ministries, financial and economic circlesand at multinational companies and has been very active in new business development. Ms. Takee worked for many years as an account executive at Japan's leading PR agency, specializing in assisting local and international financial concerns. She also worked as an account director for a European PR firm, where she handled the financial client section. Earlier, she joined a TSE-listed company where she established a unique language school. She began her career as a journalist, with six years of experience reporting on economic and financial news.
